Paul Linkenbagh
With 22 years of experience in Australian advertising and media, Paul Linkenbagh founded Smash Media PTY LTD — the now Smash Brand Group — in 2003.
Smash was founded with a clear purpose: to create a media agency that goes beyond transactions — one that becomes a seamless extension of each client’s marketing team.
Paul’s leadership is rooted in strategy, transparency, and a hands-on belief that tailored media plans, aligned with each business’s growth goals, deliver the strongest outcomes. Paul has built Smash's reputation on proactive insights, open communication, and a SME focused partnership-driven approach that emphasises results, not just deliverables.
When he’s not driving media strategy for SME’s, you’ll find Paul involved in the motorsport scene — racing in the ASBK (Australian Superbike Championship). His racing background reflects the same principles he brings to business: precision, determination, and the pursuit of high performance.

Tom Hamilton
Beginning his career in independent media agencies, Tom honed his planning and buying expertise before advancing to tier 1 agencies, working on some of Australia’s largest brands along the way.
As a seasoned media professional, Tom leverages his experience to drive growth for SMEs through strategic media solutions, always with a client-first approach.
What gets him up in the morning is seeing his clients succeed.
